Move Mouse is a solid Windows tool. Green Dotter covers Mac and Windows, adds targeted clicking, and stays out of your way when you're actually working.

Credit where it's due: Move Mouse is free, it's on the Microsoft Store, and for basic keep-the-PC-busy duty on Windows it does the job. Plenty of people never need more than that.
It's Windows only though. If there's a MacBook in your life, you're now running two different tools with two different setups.
And movement is most of what it does. Some apps only count you as active when something actually gets clicked, and wiggling alone doesn't always cut it.
Green Dotter runs on both platforms with the same two modes everywhere: a natural, human-style wiggle, and controlled clicks inside a screen area you've drawn. It pauses automatically when you move the mouse yourself and picks back up when you stop.

If you're Windows-only and happy, Move Mouse is a perfectly reasonable choice. Green Dotter earns the switch when you want the safe-area clicking, the auto-pause, or a Mac in the mix.
You've also got a Mac. One app, both platforms, same behaviour. No second tool to learn.
Clicks land where you decide. Green Dotter clicks inside an area you draw on screen, so nothing important ever gets clicked by accident.
It behaves like a person. Randomised intervals rather than a metronome, and it stops the instant you touch the mouse yourself.
